Day 22

The Robertson presents arrived! We always get the greatest gifts from Frani and her crew, and today the kids were able to dig into their gifts. We were delayed a bit due to the mailman not being able to reach us because of snow! They loved everything and it kept us busy today. Nana and Papa, beware.... Ben got a Whoopie cushion. ;)

More holiday crafting this afternoon. I pulled out some OLD Makit & Bakit ornaments that I have had around forever. They had big fun with them, and Ben was surprisingly good at a craft meant for kids 8 and older. Anything that makes 2 boys, ages 6 and 4, concentrate like this is A-OK with me!

Now we are gearing up for lots of family. Patty and Bert are coming through tomorrow on their way to Oma and Opa's house, which is cool because they have not been here. Then, later in the day we are expecting Papa, Nana, Julie, and Judy/Gaga with Mia.

The weather is looking good (41 degrees and sunny tomorrow) and we are just putting finishing touches on Christmas prep. Bring on the holidays! Hooray!
