Ali gave me her first giggle last night around 8:15 after I was done nursing her. She thought it was pretty funny when I inquired about a little spiddle of hers (that's what a call a cross of a spit-up and dribble). She gave me a quick giggle, and then when she heard the noise she made (combined with the gurgle from the milk still in her mouth), she thought that was pretty funny, too, and she gave a REAL laugh. She followed that up with a couple shrieks of delight so loud that she ended up with VERY big eyes.
My last baby had her first laugh. Bittersweet.
